Definition: A direct axis deceleration motor is a deceleration device that converts a high-speed electric motor into a low-speed axial output torque. Its prominent feature is that the output axis is perpendicular to the input axis at a 90 ° angle, which is also the origin of its name.

2、 Working principle

Motor part: Permanent magnet synchronous motors are usually used, where the magnetic field generated by the stator interacts with the magnetic field generated by the rotor to generate driving torque, causing the motor to rotate and convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.

Gearbox part: Using the gear reduction ratio to reduce the motor speed and increase the output torque. The direct axis gear reducer adopts a planetary gear system, which achieves the reduction effect through the interaction of the sun gear, planetary gear, and internal gear ring. By adjusting the position of the planetary carrier relative to the sun gear and inner ring gear, the transmission ratio and output torque of the gearbox can be changed.
