The hybrid screw stepper motor comes in eight sizes, with external dimensions ranging from 14mm to 86mm. There are three structural options available: external drive, through shaft, and fixed shaft. There are multiple step sizes available, ranging from 0.0015mm/step to 0.127mm/step. The maximum thrust of the motor can reach 2400N. The entire series of motors can be equipped with encoders.

Screw stepper motor, also known as linear stepper motor, is a special type of stepper motor that converts rotational motion into linear motion through a screw and nut mechanism. The following is a detailed analysis of the screw stepper motor:

1、 Basic Composition

The screw stepper motor is mainly composed of stepper motor, screw, nut, bearing seat, sliding seat and other components. Among them, the stepper motor provides rotational power, and the screw serves as a transmission component, which converts rotational motion into linear motion through ball or thread cooperation with nuts.

2、 Working principle

Rotation of stepper motor: When the stepper motor receives a pulse signal, it will rotate a certain angle according to the set step angle. This rotational motion is discrete, meaning that for every pulse signal received, the stepper motor rotates a fixed angle.

The fit between screw and nut: The rotating screw is tightly fitted with the nut through balls or threads. As the screw rotates, the nut (or the slide connected to it) moves linearly on the screw. This movement is precise because the pitch (or lead) of the screw is fixed, so every time it rotates a certain angle, the nut will move a corresponding distance.

Implementation of linear motion: By controlling the number and frequency of pulses received by the stepper motor, the rotation angle of the screw and the linear movement distance of the nut can be accurately controlled, thereby achieving high-precision linear motion control.
